The Neighborhood Market is a monthly outdoor market in Downtown Albuquerque. Here the community can eat, shop, and enjoy live entertainment in a fun and festive environment. Each month, market goers will be able to preview the upcoming market's vendors, entertainment, and workshops online.  We are happy to be offering spots for a variety of vendors including antique dealers, artists, crafters, designers, produce growers and more. Please review the following information to see if the market would be a good fit for you and to find out about applying.

The Neighborhood Market is looking for a variety of vendors who are friendly, passionate about what they sell, offer quality antiques or vintage collectibles, homegrown or handcrafted items, and have an eye for aesthetically pleasing displays.

What kind of vendors are not a good fit for The Neighborhood Market?

The Neighborhood Market is not a place for mass produced merchandise, vendors not willing to be courteous and friendly, or vendors careless in the presentation and display of their items.

What will The Neighborhood Market do to ensure the Market is a success?

We at The Neighborhood Market strongly believe that we are in the midst of an exciting time in Albuquerque. Our Downtown is moving in a great direction and we feel that it is perfect timing for an urban marketplace in which the community can gather, shop, and enjoy a top notch neighborhood festival in the heart of the city. We firmly believe in providing a well marketed, well advertised, and well executed event in which the vendors can proudly display and sell their wares. You can trust that your booth fee will serve to provide you with the above mentioned qualities in addition to live entertainment and workshops, attracting both tourists and locals. Our goal for the Neighborhood Market is that it may become an event in which everyone will look forward to attending. We will be working closely with our vendors, the Downtown Action Team, and other local business's and organizations to make The Neighborhood Market a success for everyone.

• Live Entertainment Entertainment will be publicized in advance, attracting visitors to the market.

General Information
The market will be held once a month from 10am-4pm on the following dates:
     - June 23
     - July 21
     - August 18
     - September 22
     - October 20

•  Spaces are approximately 10'x10'. In order to participate in the market, you are required to sign up for at least 2 market dates.

  We allow sharing booth spaces, but have a limit of 2 vendors/booth. If sharing, please make a note of who you will be sharing with on your application. Each vendor must submit a separate application.

  Approved applications are accepted on a first come first serve basis. We are limiting the number of vendors in each category so as to not over saturate the market. The number may change on a weekly basis depending on the total number of vendors, however the early bird gets the worm!

Workshops, Talks, & Demos
Workshops, talks, and demonstrations are great for community enrichment, and great for vendors wanting to share their knowledge and promote their talents. If you are interested in holding a free workshop, talk, or demo at The Neighborhood Market on the day in which you participate, please make a note of it on your application. We will contact you in regards to setting this up.

Tax ID Certificates
Tax ID Numbers and Business License's are REQUIRED for selling in New Mexico. All exhibitors must be in compliance with State & Federal Tax Laws and display Tax ID Certificate and City of Albuquerque Business License in booth. If you do not have a tax id certificate or business license, you can download each form below:
 

The first step in obtaining a City of Albuquerque business license is obtaining your free Tax ID:
